The Concept:
In classic mythology, there were gods and goddess for everything under the sun, including abstract concepts such as questions and answers. There are six universal questions (who, what, when, where, why, how), and I can imagine a deity for each question.

The Personification of Who
Who knows? Of course she does. Who knows who we are and makes us accordingly.
